Happiness, freedom, life

Live authentically

Welcome to Sage & Seeker

This is a personal blog about navigating life as a millennial and my journey to finding what happiness means to me.

I spent my twenties searching for happiness by going to university, starting a career, and moving to the city. All to find that none of these things brought me joy. Instead, I found myself wondering what was wrong with me and had no idea what to do.

I finally decided to quit the life I’d built for the last decade and move back with my parents. Whilst I was terrified of going ‘backward’ in life, this taught me so much about what I truly value and gave me a whole new perspective on happiness and success.

In my posts, I’ll discuss my previous (and sometimes ongoing) struggles with mental health, how my life has changed since choosing my own path and all the lessons I’ve learned so far. I hope this helps anyone else out there who is struggling to find their own path.
